Who Am I?

I am a Microsoft Certified IT Professional with nearly 20years’ experience within the IT Industry having provided 1st , 2nd, 3rd line support and consultation within a varied range of industries from education and government authorities and from small to medium businesses to high end enterprise environments.

Currently I am a Master at Netcompany, where my main focus is around Modern Communuications and Microsoft 365, especially around Microsoft Teams and Exchange. This role has seen me work primarily in the public sector.

My previous roles have seen me working in various different industries and sectors, working for mulitnational giant HPe and British Government sector, as well as working in the legal sector for one of the biggest commercial law firms in the world and also the retail sector.

I do have other interests outside of IT, I have a great family who have supported me. Especially when I turned our family living room into a Poly/Microsoft showroom over a period during the Covid restrictions!

Why This Blog?

I had previously attempted to make a blog that focused on my journey with Microsoft technology, this blog will be no different. However, In Q1 2023 I took a break from all things IT related.

This blog will help me focus, and get back into the role that I love.

I plan to share my journey as I pick up from where I left off in March 2023 till now. It may not seem like a long time, but as you know, the world of technology and the evergreen environments, there will be a lot to catch up on!
